AND NOW: Don LaFontaine

Donald LaFontaine, the voice actor famous for recording nearly 5,000 movie trailers, and nearly 350,000 commercials, programs, files and more, passed away on Monday, September 1st because of complications from Pneumothorax. He was survived by his wife, singer and actress Nita Whitaker, and three children.

Man, that's terrible.

I really liked this guy. Not that I didn't like any of the others mentioned here, but this guy was awesome.

He does that Gieko commercial too.

"In a World..."

Pneumothorax, is not a nice way to go either...Though, I'm curious as to how he died from it cause they're not really fatal these days. Heck, I had a patient with one a few weeks ago and I fixed it for them in about 3 minutes.
