Everywhere you go today it seems there is some website for actors. Sites for online portfolios, sites for headshots, even sites for hosting an actor's reel. All of them nice, none of them effective enough.

Nightshade Studios is different. Registered actors with us are different. They're not just clients to us. They're part of "our family." Here at Nightshade...We take care of family.

Nightshade Studios is in development of a nationwide online talent database. This database will be a site like no other. On it's surface it may look familiar with it's online headshot/resume/performance reel ("Prs") but behind the scene is a different beast all together.

Most listing services provide you with a free or subscription based listing of your headshots, resumes or Prs. You spend much of your precious time keeping it updated and appealing to prospective projects or producers only to find out that your information is hardly viewed. It simply is not very useful.

Nightshade hopes to change all that.

Our service will not simply be a listing service but will operate more like an online agency. Let's face it, unless you're already rich & famous you need to get your face out there. A subscription based service, it will perform several vital functions for our clients. Some of the features being developed include online marketing of your page, business cards with chosen photo and weblink to your resume. But most importantly, the service is directly linked with Nightshade Studios. The database is our link to an endless supply of hot talent ready to do what it takes to make it into the media marketplace.

Nightshade Studios has direct access to producers across the country. When they need talent and come to us, where are we going to send them? To our clients. If we're working on a film, music video or a project with another company, where do you think we're going to look first? We're going to look to "our family". We take care of our own. As one of our clients, you are one of us. You are part of "our family".

As one of our clients there will be someone to keep and eye on things for you. If jobs come in, they will assist in negotiations for you. No more showing up to potential jobs only to find out it's some freak just wanting to lure pretty actresses to auditions. All of our connections to job sources will be verified and legit. They might not be multi-million dollar contracts but they will all be legitimate acting opportunities.
