YOU, BY VIEWING OUR SITE AND UTILIZING OUR ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM, AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE ABOVE AND HOLD BLAMELESS, NIGHTSHADE STUDIOS, INC. IT'S SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, AND ALL THOSE OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED WITH THE AFORMENTIONED, ORGANIZATION, PERSON, PERSONS OR COMPANY FROM ACTIONS AGAINST THE AFORMENTIONED.
OPTION AGREEMENT
By submitting your material and confirming your acceptace of the Submission Guidelines you acknowledge and agree to accept Nightshade Films policy of the dollar option. Nightshade Films may, in the event your material is accepted for possible production, Option your material only for a dollar. This policy is in place to allow the company to put together a film package for possible production and increase the probablility of production.
FILE FORMAT
All screenplays MUST be in PDF format. No other format will be accepted. If you do not have a PDF creator, you can download a Free PDF Printer here.
RIGHTS
Writer will retain all rights to the screenplay(s) they've submitted. If your script is chosen. you will be contacted by us to secure development, production and exhibition rights.
PAYMENT
There are NO FEES for submission of screenplays.
SUBMISSIONS
ALL SUBMISSIONS WILL REMAIN PROPERTY OF NIGHTSHADE STUDIOS, INC. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR COPY BACK.
NO OBLIGATION TO PRODUCE
Producer, is under no oblication to produce any materials submitted and agreeing to the terms, you acknowledge that the producer, Nightshade Films Inc. or anyone associated with the company are under no obligation to produce your screenplay or any of the materials submitted.

NIGHTSHADE STUDIOS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INVALID FILE TRANSMISSIONS, ERRORS IN TRANSMISSIONS OR ANY EVENT IN WHICH YOUR SUBMISSION MY BECOME CORRUPTED OR OTHERWISE UNREADABLE OR USABLE. SUBMITEE ASSUMES ALL RESPONSABLITIES.
SUBMISSION WAIVER
Submissions MUST be followed by a completed submission waiver within ten (10) days of it's submission. Any submission which does NOT contain the waiver will be automatically removed from our databases. YOU WILL BE PRESENTED WITH A COMPLETED FORM TO PRINT AND MAIL TO OUR OFFICES AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR SCRIPT. FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN TEN(10)DAYS AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR SCREENPLAY.
WRITING CREDITS
All submissions MUST also contain the complete contact and written by credits of the writer(s). In the event that the information was not properly received during the submission process.
