Nightshade Makes Some Changes

Nightshade  Studios is happy to announce that Rich Carlino will be assuming the day-to-day CEO position of the company. This will allow the company to begin concentrating on the creative side of the business without being hampered by the "business" side of the company. This change will move David Niezabitowski to COO and free him up to head up motion picture development and production areas of the company. The company is currently making changes to it's business plan and private offering memorandum to reflect these changes.
